I bought this unit after extensive review of low priced units. Most reviews stated what I will say.....Great value for the money. Very heavy on bas and will fill a room that is 20' x 20' with music. Good enough for me!

No sound was coming out of one of the little speakers after a months use. I called the manufactures support line. They asked me some questions to determine the issue. They ended up sending out a new unit free of charge. I didn't even have to return the old unit. I have had the new unit for 7 months and haven't had any problems.

I do some gaming, but I'm more interested in listening to music. These do the job for both applications to my satisfaction. I have a "real" stereo set up when I want to rattle the windows so I didn't expect these to replace that or even perform half as well ... but I am quite pleased with the crisp highs and solid midrange. The bass is good (not great) but you can feel it at low to moderately high volume and it does have a separate bass volume control (that alone is worth kudos). logitech promo code

The one-star deduction is for distortion. These lose clarity at high (75%+) volume but, for me, they perform exceedingly well for the price. In fact, I returned a $200+ setup and replaced it with this one ... and this performs MUCH better in my ever humble opinion. To be fair, the expensive ones got great reviews so I have to assume the ones I received were blown; either that or they were doing a good imitation of being blown right out of the box. As always, it depends on what you're looking for. Don't expect these to rock your world, but if you like a wide range of music (beyond the chatter of machine-gun fire and tzinging of lasers), these should keep your ears and your budget as happy as they are keeping mine.
